Traderate are responsible for the facilitation of payment. In case of a fault or issue with quality of workmanship provided, Traderate encourage you to contact your trade business immediately. If you have a dispute which cannot be resolved directly with the tradesperson or company, we advise you to contact your state Consumer Affairs office and provide full detail in relation to the matter.

Your Repay Day is based on the day of the week you complete your deposit with us. So, if you setup a Traderate payment on a Tuesday, your repayments will come out every Tuesday based on your weekly, fortnightly or monthly selection. Payments are usually taken between 2am-5am.
